Pramiracetam is a racetam nootropic supplement drug that is derived from the piracetam nootropic. However, Pramiracetam is more potent that piracetam.
- Improved long-term/reference memory
- Increased spatial intelligence
- Improved learning ability
Like other nootropic members of the racetam family, Pramiracetam is well tolerated by humans. For example, in one study where a sample of voluntary human subjects who suffered from varying degrees of Alzheimer’s disease received Pramiracetam supplement treatments for 5-8 weeks, symptoms were mild and few after receiving.
Possible Side Effects
A few study participants did report headaches at low doses. One of the participant subjects at the highest dose of the dosage spectrum did experience sleepiness, dizziness, and decreased appetite. However, in another study of healthy male subjects, no adverse effects were reported after they received treatment with pramiracetam for 10 days.
